What to expect at a session.
A case history is taken. This will include such information as past operations and fractures.
A specially constructed couch is used which allows the client to lay down without straining the back.
Testing and releasing will commence.
After the releases, findings are explained and the client is advised on further action.
Expect sessions to start and finish punctually. We especially understand the time constraints of our corporate clientele. See "How long does it take?" on the left of this page.
What does it cost?
Adults: R180 per session.
Pensioners: R120 per session.
Children 12 and under: R100 per session.
How long does it take?
The 1st session takes up to 45 minutes to accommodate taking a client history.
Subsequent sessions take around 20 to 25 minutes.
Anything else I should know?
BSR is a process. After a release there is a re-arrangement of tensions in the body. A new BSR client requires at least 3 sessions to see the process through.
New clients are therefore required to book 3 sessions in advance.
