A specially constructed BSR couch is used which facilitates laying down without any strain.
Expect sessions to start and finish punctually.
Cost per session.
Adults:
45 - 60 minutes: R250
20 - 30 minutes: R180
Pensioners: R120
Children 12 and under: R100
How long does it take?
The 1st session takes 45 - 60 minutes to accommodate taking a client history.
Subsequent sessions take around 20 to 30 minutes.
Anything else I should know?
BSR is a process. After a release there is a re-arrangement of tensions in the body.
A new BSR client should be prepared to have 3 sessions to see the process through.
